Since its inaugural edition in 2023, Osaka Art & Design has grown to include contemporary and public art, installations, design and craft, with activations spread over more than 60 locations across the city. This year's edition furthers the organisers' and broader community's goal of realising Creative City Osaka, showcasing the city's creative output to the rest of the world.

Participating organisations include Kintetsu Department Store, JR West Japan Station City, Takashimaya Department Store Osaka, Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store, Nankai Electric Railway, Hankyu Corporation and Hankyu Hanshin Department Store.
